Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Jackson, MS)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services supports families and individuals in Jackson with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
