Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Jackson, MS)

Fernwood Iron Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Jackson producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving batch records. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
