Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fern Inspection Services Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
