Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

Silverline Mill Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
