Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

Ironwood Ember Manufacturing makes precision components in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
