Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

Rivermark Granite Water Authority Partners is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter reading. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
