Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Houston, TX)

Cedar Yarrow Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Houston, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
