Clearpath Keystone Environmental Services Associates is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
