Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Honolulu, HI)

Greenridge Birch Energy is an energy provider in Honolulu focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
