Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Honolulu, HI)

Nova West Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Honolulu. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 269 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving weigh tickets. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
