Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Grand Rapids, MI)

Clearpath Sable Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Grand Rapids area. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter reading. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
