Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Grand Rapids, MI)

Ironwood Lakeside Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Grand Rapids working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 583 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
