Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Umber Inspection Services and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
