Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Fresno, CA)

Silverline River Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Fresno, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving lease compliance. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
