Clearpath Ivory Health Partners is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 763 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • PMP or CAPM certification.
