Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Fort Worth, TX)

Nova Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
