Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Fort Worth, TX)

Stonegate Orchard Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Fort Worth working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
