Stonegate Sable Water Authority Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
