Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Field Pharma and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving quality documentation. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
