Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Fort Worth, TX)

Northwind Vista Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
