Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (El Paso, TX)

Harborlight Lakeside Telecom is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
