Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Detroit, MI)

Ironwood Amber Manufacturing is a Detroit manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
