Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Nest Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Denver. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving waiting lists. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
