Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Corner Construction and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
