Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Housing is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving lease compliance. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • PMP or CAPM certification.
