Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Columbus, OH)

Cedar Maple Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Columbus. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
