Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Junction Housing Partners is a nonprofit housing provider in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
