Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Stone Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
