Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Cleveland, OH)

Westbrook Hollow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visit scheduling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
