Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Cleveland, OH)

Amberfield Sparrow Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
