Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Wren Freight and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
