Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood West Care Services and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
