Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Chicago, IL)

Greenridge Harbor Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Chicago area, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We invest in training. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
