Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Chicago, IL)

Bright Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Chicago design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
