Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Charleston, SC)

Nova Kestrel Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Charleston. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
