Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Redstone Iron Construction Partners and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
