Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Charleston, SC)

Bluepeak Cross Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Charleston area, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
