Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Fox Auto Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
