Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Charleston, SC)

Nova Harbor Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Charleston design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service alerts. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
