Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Buffalo, NY)

Redstone Union Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Buffalo, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving electronic records. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
