Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Boise, ID)

Fernwood Stone Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Boise focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving network equipment. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
