Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Boise, ID)

Rivermark Glen Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Boise. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 877 people based in Boise. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
