Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Redstone Granite Housing Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
