Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Boise, ID)

Bright Junction Housing Partners provides affordable homes and support services around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
