Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Ironwood River Staffing Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Boise. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
