Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Boise, ID)

Amberfield Mill Energy Group is an energy provider in Boise focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
