Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Willow Manufacturing and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
