Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Sparrow Transit Planning and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
