Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Birmingham, AL)

Westbrook Cedar Care Services supports families and individuals in Birmingham with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visit scheduling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
