Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Austin, TX)

Northwind Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Austin region. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving project schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
